We build, own, and operate off-grid stays designed to reconnect people with nature. From handcrafted cabins in the mountains of Bulgaria to our next expansion in Greece, we focus on experiences that are simple, beautiful, and grounded.

We offer a few simple ways to get involved — from fixed returns to long-term equity. Every tier comes with the same foundation: a company that already works, and a team that’s proven it can deliver.

Your Own A-Frame Cabin in the Mountains – Stay + Return

Your own A-frame in the forest — ready whenever you are.

What You Get:

  • 20 nights to use over 5 years — fully flexible, no blackout dates.

  • An additional 10 nights per year on open, unbooked dates.

  • 10% of all Airbnb revenue generated by your A-frame — passive income, deposited directly from airbnb.

  • Exclusive rates on all on-site activities — horse riding, ATVs, Jeep safaris, and more.

  • Winter season priority access.

  • Total freedom with your nights: stay, gift, or have us rent them out for you.

How the return works

Your one-time investment is €5,000.
With a conservative annual return of 11%, you’d receive a total of €8,425.29 over 5 years. That’s around €140.42 per month.

At 80% occupancy, returns are expected to fall between 23% and 32% annually.

Guests pay between €65 and €95 per night, depending on the season. Winter is the most in-demand period.

You don’t wait for payouts.
You’re added as co-host on Airbnb and receive 10% of the net booking income.
Airbnb pays you directly after each booking. No middleman. No lock-in. No waiting.

  • Guided experiences (horseback, ATV, Jeep)

We own our land, our buildings, and our tools. That’s rare. It gives us control, stability, and long-term upside.
