How long is my gift voucher valid?
Standard gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from issuance. Custom validity can be discussed for special or bulk orders.
Can they split the value over several stays?
Yes. Any unused credit remains on the voucher until fully redeemed or it expires.
Can they add money if their booking costs more?
Yes. They can pay any remaining balance when booking.
Where can a voucher be used?
For available stays at The Cabin and The Valley. Selected extras can be arranged subject to availability and their applicable conditions.
Can I send a physical card?
Yes. Choose the physical option and we'll arrange delivery details. Digital vouchers are available for faster gifting.
